Run for the Buds. As always the first Saturday in May will kick off the Tulip Time Festival in 2022. Add to that The Blossom Time Run hot air balloon launches food trucks courtesy of Taste of Chagrin and the Blossom Time Music Festival featuring performances from some of the most talented acts. The Cherry Blossom Parade brings the festival to a dramatic conclusion.
